The first issue of “Superman/Wonder Woman” kicks off this month, with the description strongly confirming my belief that this title will probably bite the dust once the “Super-Romance” inevitably breaks up. Since giving Wonder Woman two monthly books is, of course, completely silly.
A trade paperback collection of the Joker’s short-lived 70s solo series is being released this month.
“Beware the Batman,” the new CGI-animated Batman series, gets an ongoing comic starting this month.
Neil Gaiman’s “Sandman” gets a prequel miniseries starting this month, with the first issue of “The Sandman: Overture.”
