“Detective Comic Classics” is a one-shot 50-page special that reprints several 60s/70s-era Batman stories, including ones with Batgirl and Robin. Should be fun.
This month sees an actual “Showcase Presents” volume put out. This time, it’s “The Witching Hour,” a 70s horror comic series. Might be of interest to horror comic fans.
The new “Young Justice” comic (tying into the upcoming TV show) is written by Art Baltazar and Franco, the writers of the “Tiny Titans” comic, which is a promising sign. Though I’d like to see if the TV show will be worth watching first, of course.
This month’s “Batman:TBATB” ties into Valentine’s Day apparently.
“Tiny Titans” this month focuses on “the Shazam Family” (a.k.a. Captain Marvel, Mary Marvel, and Captain Marvel Junior, plus friends).
