Comments
This month’s “Pearls Before Swine” features its parody of “Breaking Bad.” While I’ve never seen the TV show, and note its premise couldn’t be more US-centric (per our lackluster health care system), the parody was pretty funny anyway.
A second volume of the 1960s “Batman” newspaper strip continues. Ditto another volume of “Peanuts,” now in the middle of the 90s and nearing the end of the strip’s run.
If wondering, it was announced back in May that “Lumberjanes” is now an ongoing instead of a limited series. I enjoyed the issues I bought from the recent Humble Bundle, so I’m glad to hear the news.
