Paramount to become the new owner of Warner Bros. (and reasons why that’s bad)

In a disappointing move, Netflix has pulled out of purchasing Warner Bros., leaving Paramount as the new owner of Batman, Bugs Bunny, and CNN.

My thoughts on why the Ellisons and Paramount want all of Warner Bros. Discovery badly enough to engage in a hostile takeover attempt.
